Tania and her staff were great help in organising our 7 week holiday to Canada, and the USA, including an Alaskan land tour. We identified the key experiences we wanted to have, tours and flights, and she took care of the bookings. We made most of our own accommodation arrangements through various websites. Tania kept us informed of any minor travel changes that occurred, arranged a better flight connection without prompting and was always professional and going the extra mile.
