Oliver Travel has been appointed as travel agents for a number of companies and organisations, who all appreciate the fact that "customer service" to us is not just a phrase - it instead underlines the positive experience we always try to provide to our clients.

As an agency we try never to lose sight of the fact that we are working for the client - and hence it follows that what is best for the client is what is important - not what is necessarily easiest or most profitable from our point of view. With every booking, we will always look at and consider all of the available options, and will always present these for consideration - sometimes coming up with possibilities or options that you may not have considered yourself.

If you have multiple people who travel, we can define individual profiles for all of your staff. These profiles allow us to document exactly what each staff member is allowed (or not allowed) to book, and mean that there are no grey areas when it comes to your all important travel - whether the booking is being made during normal working day or well after hours, your travel needs will be serviced professionally and promptly.
