The simple and quick answer is anything related to travel - whether it be a weekend bed and breakfast, a cruise anywhere in the world, from a train ticket in London to a round world multi stop itinerary involving ground tours

As an agency, we are highly experienced in dealing with the needs of regular and frequent travellers, and routinely assist our clients in a vast range of different ways, including (but not restricted to)

  • All airline bookings (within Australia, internationally or within other countries)
  • All arrangements for both long & short stay accommodation (within Australia & worldwide)
  • Ground arrangements such as rail tickets, bookings for tours, sporting & theatre tickets etc (worldwide)
  • Train tickets & Bus tickets (worldwide - where available)
  • Cruise arrangements (Anywhere within the world - where available)
  • Coach touring
  • Train touring
  • All Car hire bookings
  • Foreign exchange services (hard currency, travellers cheques, cash passports etc)
  • Travel insurance

    • Annual Policies for both companies and individuals.
  • Arrangements for separate shipment of any items required not able to be taken as luggage- either domestically or internationally, and either before or after the traveller(s) in question have departed.
  • Corporate rate QANTAS memberships to our clients - both for full year and pro-rata memberships. This lets individual travellers and smaller companies / groups enjoy the benefits of the cheaper Qantas club memberships available to large organisations.

  • We always advise our clients of any Visa requirements or entry restrictions for all relevant countries (for example, it is not commonly known that if you are entering the United States and have been convicted in Australia for drink driving, you may still need a visa even though the US doesn't generally request it)
  • Advisement of all Visa or entry requirements as necessary or desirable for travel
  • Arrangements for provision of visas & any other official documentation that may be needed.
